Using equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and steps, this program offers versatility in being able to deliver a non-impact, low intensity class, customisable all the way through to an intense workout that challenges even the fittest athletes.

Drills to tune in and become aware of your posture, alignment and movement. Three distinct training zones for functional movement, strength and cardio fitness. Reset the nervous system with flow sequences, deep stretching and breathing.
