Muscle Mixes Music is proud to partner with Fusion Beatz Bollywood in releasing this Bollywood influenced music compilation. These hip, pulsating and danceable 10 tracks were imported directly from musicians in India, fusing the sounds of Classical Indian Music and Bhangra sounds with Western elements. The rhythmic pattern is heard with the Indian drums known as the tabla along with the stringed instrument known as the Sitar. Songs have pauses in between each and range from 85 BPM all the way up to 160 BPM. Great for Bollywood dance-based classes or just to add a little Indian spice to your fitness routine.
Fusion Beatz, founded by Dr. Aruna Chinnakotla, MD and Nirmala Bandrapalli who are AFAA certified instructors based out of San Francisco, California. Fusion Beatz is a dance and fitness program that combines a physician-developed routine with rhythmic Bollywood music.
