MUSIC AND MOTION’S TIMED CIRCUIT CD FOR THE 8 / 12 SECOND CIRCUIT
Working on 8 seconds sprint and 12 second active recovery, this product has 4 x workouts designed on duration (music same just length changes). This only includes the 8 second 12 second intervals and track 1 goes for 5 minutes, track 2 is 10 minutes, track 3 15 minutes and track 4 is 20 minutes. Therefore you can set the length of the workout. If you are new to the program or your participants or clients are, then they will not manage more than 5 minutes the first time generally.
You will need to provide your own warm up (which should be at least 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes) and cool down should also go for 5 minutes with stretches after that.
