As personal trainers, we are fitness professionals involved in exercise prescription And instruction. We motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. As trainers we also measure our client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure client’s improvements in physical fitness. We may also educate our clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
As trainers we all have our own areas of expertise and styles. When looking for a trainer, ensure first of all that they are qualified with a minimum qualification of Certificate 4 in Fitness. For client’s who are athletes, or conversely have chronic illnesses, you should require your trainer to have a Diploma of Fitness and preferably specialising in your area of need (or at least prepared to research it – we can’t know everything!)
Before taking on a client, if we are aware of or feel that our potential client has a medical condition that could prevent the client from safe participation in an exercise program, we will refer the client to the proper health professional for prior clearance.

HOW TO BOOK AND PAY AND RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT FOR 1 OR 2 SESSIONS PER WEEK
For example if you are wishing to train 2 times per week, you can pay each week by selecting the 2 sessions per week $110 option. If you want to purchase the 10 pack, you will buy a quantity of 5 x 2 sessions per week. In order to get the discount, when you go to pay please add the COUPON CODE PTPACK and it will automatically deduct the 10% off your total. So in the above example, you will only be charged $495
FOR 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK, WE WILL APPLY THE DISCOUNT ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR BOOKING.
