As personal trainers, we are fitness professionals involved in exercise prescription and instruction.
We motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.
As trainers we also measure our client’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure client’s improvements in physical fitness. We also educate our clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
As trainers we all have our own areas of expertise and styles. When looking for a trainer, ensure first of all that they are qualified with a minimum qualification of Certificate 4 in Fitness. For clients who are athletes, or conversely have chronic illnesses, you should require your trainer to have a Diploma of Fitness and preferably specialising in your area of need (or at least prepared to research it – we can’t know everything!)
Before taking on a client, if we are aware of or feel that our potential client has a medical condition that could prevent the client from safe participation in an exercise program, we will refer the client to the proper health professional for prior clearance.

If you cancel last minute or don’t turn up, you will be charged. We require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation in order to use that time for another client. We will do our best to fit you in another time that week where possible.
Based on training at our Alexandra studio and are 50 minute sessions. Please note that you will have a fixed appointment time for each session each week which is your time always guaranteed in a 10 pack.
- 1 session per week $70 per session for casual pay as you go Personal Training ($75 if invoiced)
- 1 sessions per week $65 per session in a 10 pack ($650 PREPAID)
- 2 sessions per week $60 per session in a 10 pack ($600 PREPAID)
- 3 or more sessions $50 per session in a 10 pack ($550 PREPAID)

- If we travel to your home, there will be an additional travelling surcharge
- If you cancel a session less than 24 hours’ notice, you will still pay for that session
